Dans cet immeuble construit en 1923 et dessiné par l’architecte KS. Hansson, c’est comme bien souvent la récupération des combles qui a permis de créer un duplex de bonne taille avec une chambre installée sous pente. La décoration sobre est basée sur le blanc rehaussé de lignes noires et d’éléments bruns fait de cuir et de bois.

Les articles de ce blog sont pleins ces jours derniers d’appartements en duplex, à mi-chemin entre la maison et l’habitat collectif, une solution agréable lorsque l’on veut vivre en ville mais sans pouvoir y acheter un espace totalement individuel. Voici encore un bel exemple de ce style d’appartement, où comme souvent les chambres se logent à l’étage et sont des cocons reposants avec poutres et pentes du toit formant des petites cabanes.

Avec sa grande hauteur sous plafond, ses stucs, son parquet d’origine et la surface récupérée sous les toits, ce duplex de 87m² a de quoi séduire n’importe qui. La décoration tout en restant simple possède quelques éléments remarquables comme les deux cheminées anciennes typiquement scandinaves, et le orange du canapé qui vient se poser comme un accent coloré dans le salon.
