C’est l’architecte d’intérieur Philippe Demougeot, qui a revu la distribution et la décoration de cet appartement haussmannien parisien. Les codes classiques ont été cassés par l’ajout de couleurs fortes, avec par exemple un papier peint plein de personnalité dans l’entrée, et chaque pièce a reçu ainsi sa propre ambiance. L’ensemble a un esprit totalement contemporain, tout en se mariant à l’élégance du 19e siècle originale du bâtiment.

Interior architect Philippe Demougeot reviewed the layout and decoration of this Parisian Haussmann apartment. The classic codes were broken by adding strong colours, with for example a wallpaper full of personality in the entrance, and each room received its own atmosphere. The whole has a totally contemporary spirit, while blending in with the original 19th century elegance of the building.

Un appartement haussmannien décoré par le studio de design intérieur L’appartement Parisien

Lorsqu’il a découvert cet appartement parisien de style haussmannien, le propriétaire a eu un véritable coup de foudre. Mais ce lieu nécessitait une profonde rénovation pour correspondre aux besoins de sa famille. C’est à l’architecte Cristina Velani qu’il a confié la tâche de revoir les volumes et la disposition des espaces, et au studio de design intérieur  L’appartement parisien de réaliser une décoration colorée et classique chic.

When he discovered this Parisian Haussmann-style apartment, the owner fell in love with it. But this place needed a major renovation to meet the needs of his family. Un appartement rénové près du parc Monceau

Cet appartement haussmannien de 125m², situé à proximité du Parc Monceau, autrefois composé de petites pièces a entièrement été repensé par le studio Riccardo Haiat pour moderniser ses volumes. La décoration fait la part belle au noir et blanc et met en valeur le parquet ancien. Dans la cuisine, des carreaux de ciment ont été posés au sol, et ajoute du charme à la froideur du design contemporain blanc.

This Haussmannian apartment of 125m ², located near Parc Monceau, formerly composed of small rooms, has been entirely redesigned by Riccardo Haiat studio to modernize its volumes. The decoration emphasizes black and white and highlights the old parquet floor. In the kitchen, cement tiles have been laid on the floor, adding charm to the coolness of contemporary white design.

Un appartement parisien rénové pour une famille

C’est au coeur du 17ème arrondissement de Paris, que la jeune et talentueuse architecte belge Nancy Geernaert, créatrice de l’agence Just’In, a rénové de fond en comble cet appartement haussmannien pour une famille, lui donnant une allure très actuelle avec l’ouverture des espaces. Le bleu et les carreaux de ciment tiennent une place prépondérante, comme souvent dans la décoration des appartements parisiens.

Le projet de réhabilitation pour cet appartement haussmannien à Paris, mené par l’agence d’architectes GCG,  associé à Kierszbaum Intérieurs pour la décoration, a été de le rendre fonctionnel et adapté à la vie quotidienne d’une famille.
