“Il y a dix ans je cherchais un refuge dans la tempête qu’était ma vie à l’époque. Et je suis tombé sur cet appartement», dit la photographe Christine Bae .«J’ai décidé de vivre ici au moment j’ai vu la chambre. La chambre, et ses nombreuses fenêtres, la lumière entrant à flots. C’était tout ce dont j’avais besoin.” Christine a grimpé sur le toit surplombant la ville et a senti Londres. “J’ai démarré alors un nouveau voyage”.
London refuge
“Ten years ago I was seeking refuge in the storm that was my life at the time. And I came across this apartment,” says photographer Christine Bae, “I decided to live here the moment I saw the bedroom. The bedroom, with its many windows, the light flowing in. That was all I needed.” Christine climbed on the roof overlooking the city and felt London. “I then started a new journey.”
