Located in an idyllic setting on the island of Menorca, Balearic Islands, this house overlooking the Mediterranean has been renovated respecting the traditional materials of the island.
Ce loft aux espaces ouverts, au sol blanc, aux murs et plafond en béton brut de décoffrage, se situe dans la capitale britannique sur un canal. Minimaliste et raffiné, c’est un intérieur urbain adapté à la vie d’un couple ou d’un célibataire adepte d’une vie en ville.

Le souci écologique, mais également celui de la santé entraînent de plus en plus de citadins à adopter les déplacements en vélo. On a pas toujours un endroit pour l’entreposer en sécurité, alors pourquoi pas dans le salon où il devient un objet de décoration? Hum…pas chez moi quand meme…cela dit je n’ai pas de vélo!
A bike in the living room
Ecological concern, but also that of health lead to more and more city dwellers to adopt bicycle commuting. There’s not always a place to safety store it , so why not in the living room where it becomes a decorative object? Hmm … not at home anyway … but I don’t have a bike!

Graanmarkt 13 est un luxueux appartement loué pour de courts séjours créé comme une maison accueillante et chaleureuse, où tout le monde doit se sentir à l’aise. Il s’est installé dans une maison de ville dans le centre d’Anvers dont la construction traditionnelle a été retravaillée par Vincent Van Duysen, l’un des meilleurs architectes de Belgique. A la réflexion, j’aurais sans doute du intituler cet article : “mieux qu’à la maison à Anvers”
Like at home in Antwerp
Graanmarkt 13 is a luxurious apartment rented for short breaks created as a warm and welcoming home, where everyone should feel comfortable. It is settled in a town house in the center of Antwerp of which the traditional building has been reworked by Vincent Van Duysen, one of the best architects in Belgium. On reflection, I would probably call this post “better than at home in Antwerp”
Cette maison d’Ibiza construite dans les années 90 nécessitait une rénovation totale pour être en accord avec les souhaits de son propriétaire américain, amoureux de l’architecture contemporaine et particulièrement de la villa Tugendhat de Mies van der Rohe. La tâche, qui devait être la moins invasive que possible pour éviter d’altérer la architecture rationaliste originale de Javier Planas et Pepe Torres, a été menée en collaboration avec l’architecte Pelayo G ª Costales.
A house open on the Mediterranean Sea
This Ibiza home built in the 90s needed a total renovation to be in accordance with the wishes of its American owner, lover of contemporary architecture and particularly of the Tugendhat Villa by Mies van der Rohe. The task, which was to be the least invasive as possible to avoid altering the original rationalist architecture of Javier Planas and Pepe Torres, was conducted in collaboration with the architect Pelayo G ª Costales.
