Cet appartement présenté par Historiska, et photographié par Johan Spinnell, possède les deux caractéristiques qui nous font chavirer : une verrière et une cheminée. Si on ajoute une terrasse et une décoration à la fois bohème et sombre, qu’il s’agit d’un duplex, on a exactement le genre d’endroit rêvé pour s’installer en ville.

Avec sa chambre vitrée annexe qui regarde sur le salon, cet appartement atypique situé dans un ancien bâtiment industriel datant de 1914, possède le charme des espaces qui se développent sur deux niveaux. Le fait de pouvoir vivre un peu séparé lorsqu’on est en couple, grâce à sa configuration présentant des zones où l’on peut s’isoler facilement, est un gage de sérénité.

Un salon sur la mezzanine

Voici un duplex avec un plan particulier, très ouvert, avec une cuisine et une salle à manger au premier niveau, mis en valeur par la couleur bleue du mur et l’utilisation de métal patiné. A l’étage, le lit est installé sur la mezzanine vitrée pendant que le salon prend place à côté d’une façon un peu inhabituelle. La rambarde en acier ajoute au charme contemporain de ce bel espace atypique.

Here is a duplex with a particular plan, very open, with a kitchen and a dining room on the first level, enhanced by the blue color of the wall and the use of patinated metal. Un duplex avec vue

C’est une ambiance chaleureuse faite de tons bruns et de lumières douces qui nous accueille lorsque l’on franchit la porte de ce duplex. La vue depuis le balcon nous saisit, et au loin le port et la mer attendent les ballades.
