Même s’il est situé dans un immeuble construit en 1910 par le cabinet d’architecture suédois  Dorph & Hoog, celui qui a dessiné des bâtiments dans de nombreux quartiers à Stockholm au début du 20e siècle, cet appartement présenté par Historiska a conservé un esprit jeune. Still young in spirit
Even though it’s located in a building constructed in 1910 by the Swedish architectural firm Dorph & Hoog, the one who designed buildings in many neighborhoods in Stockholm at the beginning of the 20th century, this apartment presented by Historiska has retained a  young spirit. It has been transformed into a mini-loft by its new owners, thanks to the addition of a mezzanine of 5 m² in contemporary style, where the bed is installed. Photo: Johan Spinnell.

S’il fait moins de 40 m², cet appartement qui vient d’être rénové en le traitant à la manière d’un loft, présente de beaux espaces ouverts, et l’impression de volume est accentuée par l’utilisation du blanc pour le sol et les murs. Dans la salle de bain, une collection de canards multicolores ajoute une note ludique, tout comme le vélo suspendu dans la pièce principale.

Open spaces in a small apartment
If it’s less than 40 m², this apartment which has just been renovated by treating it in the manner of a loft, presents beautiful open spaces, and the volume feeling  is accentuated by the use of white for floor and walls. In the bathroom, a collection of colorful ducks adds a playful note, as the bike hanging in the main room.
