Une mini maison container de 28m2 à la décoration moderne

Yasemin et Tanju habitent à Bursa, une des plus grandes villes de Turquie, où ils ont construit une mini maison container de 28m2, sur la base d’un ancien module maritime de 40 pieds (compte instagram à suivre). Ils ont voulu ainsi se rapprocher de la nature et cultiver leur jardin pour manger plus sainement. La municipalité de la ville autorise la construction de maisons container, ce qui a facilité leur installation.

Le couple désirait avoir une maison pour les week-ends, et a aménagé l’ensemble avec une décoration moderne, confortable, en provenance essentiellement d’IKEA, mais sans mobilier superflu. Un canapé convertible se transforme en lit pour la nuit, la cuisine est suffisante pour préparer des repas, et la salle de bain d’une surface plutôt importante pour une mini-maison. Pour réaliser leur projet, ils ont choisi un container d’occasion, anciennement utilisé pour le transport de produits secs afin d’éviter un impact olfactif persistant à l’intérieur. Yasemin and Tanju live in Bursa, one of the largest cities in Turkey, where they constructed a 28m2 mini house container, based on an old 40ft maritime module (instagram account to follow). They wanted to get closer to nature and grow their own garden to eat healthier. The city council allows the construction of container houses, which facilitated their installation.

The couple wanted to have a house for weekends, and they furnished it with modern, comfortable decor, mainly from IKEA, but without unnecessary furniture. A sofabed converts into a bed for the night, the kitchen is large enough to prepare meals, and the bathroom is quite large for a mini house. To carry out their project, they chose a second-hand container, formerly used for the transport of dry goods, to avoid a persistent olfactory impact inside. Une maison container familiale et australienne dans la Kangaroo Valley

Conçue par l’architecte et designer Alexander Michael, Sky Ridge une maison container familiale et australienne, située dans la Kangaroo Valley. Elle se trouve sur le mont Scanzi, et est écologique. Elle est pensée de façon à avoir un impact minimal sur l’environnement, et est totalement hors-réseaux. Construite en acier, en verre et en béton, avec une décoration inspirée par les lofts industriels, cette maison écologique est alimentée par l’énergie solaire.

L’espace intérieur est ouvert au premier niveau, et à l’étage desservit par un escalier en acier, on trouve quatre chambres. Une des salle de bain offre une vue magique sur la vallée. La décoration intérieure qui bénéficie de la présence de nombreuses œuvres d’art et des luminaires imposants, est basée sur le noir. Les portes en verre rétractables sur trois côtés font entrer l’extérieur et permettent à l’air de circuler librement tout en étant isolé des vents froids de l’hiver.

It is designed to have minimal impact on the environment and is completely off-grid. Constructed of steel, glass and concrete, with industrial loft-inspired decor, this eco-friendly home is powered by solar energy.

The interior space is open on the first level, and on the second level, served by a steel staircase, there are four bedrooms. One of the bathrooms offers a magical view of the valley. The interior decor, which benefits from the presence of numerous works of art and imposing light fittings, is based on black. Retractable glass doors on three sides bring the outside in and allow air to circulate freely while being isolated from the cold winter winds.

Une maison container de 150m2 dans le pays Amish

Dans le pays Amish en Ohio, cette maison container de 150m2 a été conçue à partir de six anciens modules maritimes réunis sur deux niveaux. Nichée au milieu des arbres, c’est une maison avec deux chambres, dont la principale a été installée à l’étage pour plus de tranquillité. Elle possède également de vastes espaces communs, et de grandes terrasses pour profiter de l’extérieur.

Son architecture tient compte d’un léger dénivelé sur le terrain, qu’elle exploite pour créer un soubassement sur lequel repose la maison. L’habillage de bois s’harmonise très bien avec la façade peinte en noir des anciens containers maritimes, dont les portes caractéristiques ont été soigneusement conservées. A l’intérieur, la décoration est presque minimaliste, et correspond bien à ce que l’on attend lorsqu’on regarde cette maison sobre, atypique par son système de construction, et résolument moderne. Une maison de campagne pas comme les autres pour les amateurs d’architecture alternative.

In Amish country in Ohio, this 150m2 container house was designed from six old maritime modules assembled on two levels. Nestled among the trees, it is a two bedroom house, with the main bedroom upstairs for privacy. It also has large communal areas and large terraces to enjoy the outdoors.

The architecture takes into account the slight slope of the land, which is used to create a base upon which the house rests. The wooden cladding harmonises very well with the black painted facade of the old shipping containers, whose characteristic doors have been carefully preserved. Inside, the decor is almost minimalist, and corresponds well to what one expects when looking at this sober house, atypical by its construction system, and firmly modern. A country house like no other for lovers of alternative architecture.

Une maison container avec une terrasse incroyable en Caroline du Nord

Conçue par trois frères et soeurs, cette maison container avec une terrasse incroyable est construite à partir d’un container maritime usagé de 40 pieds, et a une surface habitable d’environ 35m2. Elle est parfaite pour accueillir un couple, et c’est le lit installé sous la terrasse qui nous interpelle particulièrement. La famille qui l’a construite a réalisé une cascade et a installé un espace détente avec un lit fixé par des cordes au-dessus de celle-ci, un lieu idéal pour chiller en toute quiétude, n’est-ce pas?

A l’intérieur, on trouve tout ce qui peut rendre confortable, un séjour dans cette maison. La décoration est à la fois rustique et moderne, et évoque la vie des pionniers américains, qui devaient se contenter de cabanes beaucoup moins agréables pour vivre ! Designed by three siblings, this container house with an incredible terrace is built from a used 40ft shipping container, and has a living area of approximately 35m2. It’s perfect for a couple, and it’s the bed under the deck that really catches our eye. The family who built it have made a waterfall and installed a relaxation area with a bed fixed by ropes above it, an ideal place to chill out, isn’t it?

Cette maison container typique est située dans le Kentucky et présente une architecture qui laisse ses détails industriels apparents. Composée à partir de deux containers de 40 pieds accolés dos à dos, elle comporte deux chambres et un grand salon avec une cuisine ouverte.
