Ce studio de 25m2 avec mezzanine est située en Suède et décoré en tons pastels. On a choisi un rose tirant sur le terracotta pour les murs. Si le lit est installé sur une mezzanine minimaliste, il est tout de même accessible grâce à un escalier malin et confortable, qui sert également de bibliothèque. Il est de plus installé au dernier étage d’un immeuble ancien, construit en 1903, et a de ce fait une situation au calme.

Il se dégage de ce petit appartement, un impression de douceur et de sérénité, qui en font un véritable cocon urbain. Il est petit certes, mais son aménagement est bien pensé, avec un maximum de rangements afin de lui conserver cette sensation d’équilibre, et est équipé avec le mobilier nécessaire, mais sans excès. Le choix d’une telle couleur n’est pas toujours évident, il peut être pensé comme quelque chose de trop féminin dans l’imaginaire, mais il offre à ce studio une atmosphère douce et rassurante.

It is also located on the top floor of an old building, constructed in 1903, and is therefore in a quiet location.

Un élégant studio de 34m2 en noir et blanc avec alcôve

L’alcôve de cet élégant studio de 34m2 le transforme presque en un deux-pièces, avec son espace chambre à moitié dissimulé des regards indiscrets. C’est en Suède que nous découvrons ce petit appartement bien conçu, où chaque chose est à sa place. Malgré une surface restreinte, on y trouve une cuisine de bonne taille, une véritable salle à manger pour trois, et un coin salon ainsi qu’une salle de bain pas trop petite. La décoration en noir et blanc est presque minimaliste, demandant sans doute à être personnalisée, mais c’est une base très réussie.

On peut mentionner quelques détails intéressants au niveau de l’architecture, comme les fenêtres à petit carreaux, qui donnent un air presque ancien à cet élégant studio de 34m2 avec leur couleur noire, dans un bâtiment pourtant très récent. Côté mobilier, on a choisit un canapé blanc, qui reste léger dans un salon aux dimensions limitées, une table ronde, et des chaises Wishbone noires qui sont intemporelles. Ce studio est un exemple de petite surface bien organisée et décorée.

The alcove in this elegant 34m2 studio almost turns it into a one-bedroom, with its half-hidden sleeping area hidden from prying eyes. In Sweden, we discover this small, well-designed flat, where everything is in its place. Despite its small size, there is a good-sized kitchen, a real dining room for three, and a sitting area as well as a not too small bathroom. The black and white decor is almost minimalist, probably needing to be personalised, but it is a very successful base.

We can mention some interesting architectural details, such as the small-paned windows, which give an almost antique look to this elegant 34m2 studio with their black colour, in a very recent building. As for the furniture, we chose a white sofa, which remains light in a living room with limited dimensions, a round table, and black Wishbone chairs which are timeless. This studio is an example of a small, well-organized and decorated space.

Un appartement de 29m2 sous le signe du design et du bleu

L’étudiante qui vit dans cet appartement de 29m2 voulait une chose précise : un grand lit afin de pouvoir se reposer et de mener à bien ses études. La designer Ekaterina Loskutova a été chargée de ce projet, répondant à ses attentes. Celle-ci a placé le lit et le bureau sur un podium qui cache de nombreux rangements. La partie nuit peut être séparée de la partie jour avec le canapé par des stores qui l’isolent des regards des visiteurs.

Le bleu est le fil rouge de cette décoration, et est utilisé dans toutes les pièces, tout comme les angles arrondis qui donnent beaucoup de douceur au design contemporain du mobilier sur mesure. L’intérieur de cet appartement de 29m2 s’inspire de celui des bateaux de luxe, minimaliste et fonctionnel, tout en conservant une allure urbaine. 29m2 flat with a blue and design theme

The student who lives in this 29m2 flat wanted one thing in particular: a large bed so that she could rest and complete her studies. The designer Ekaterina Loskutova was commissioned to create the project, which met her expectations. She placed the bed and the desk on a podium that hides a lot of storage space. The night area can be separated from the day area with the sofa by blinds that isolate it from the eyes of visitors.

Blue is the red thread of this decor, and is used in all the rooms, as well as the rounded corners which give a lot of softness to the contemporary design of the custom-made furniture. The interior of this 29m2 flat is inspired by luxury boats, minimalist and functional, while maintaining an urban feel. Un studio rénové de 22m2 où il ne manque rien pour vivre bien

Ce studio rénové de 22m2 est celui d’une jeune femme qui a investi son premier appartement en demandant à des architectes de revoir le plan. Les professionnels du studio A Little Mess se sont donc attelés à la tâche pour en faire l’endroit où tout ce qui est nécessaire à un quotidien confortable serait présent. Ce studio se trouve à Taipei sur l’île de Taiwan, où par manque de place, les appartements sont plus petits que la moyenne, et où acheter pour une jeune personne est très coûteux.

La propriétaire de cet appartement est arrivée dans le bureau des architectes avec de nombreuses demandes. Heureusement la hauteur sous plafond a permis d’installer un coin nuit de 5m2 environ, qui a permis de dégager la surface au sol. L’aménagement est multi fonctions, comme avec le bureau double qui se transforme en table pour les repas. Renovated 22m2 studio where nothing is missing to live well

This renovated 22m2 studio flat belongs to a young woman who moved into her first flat and asked architects to redesign the layout. The professionals at A Little Mess Studio then set about making it the place where everything needed for a comfortable daily life would be present. This studio is located in Taipei on the island of Taiwan, where due to lack of space, flats are smaller than average, and buying for a young person is very expensive.

The owner of this flat came to the architects’ office with many requests. Fortunately, the high ceilings made it possible to install a sleeping area of about 5m2, which freed up the floor space. Un studio de 25m2 avec un petit plus dans un bâtiment ancien

C’est dans un immeuble suédois construit en 1939, un ancien bâtiment industriel, que nous découvrons ce studio de 25m2 avec un petit plus précieux. Si l’on peut dire qu’il s’agit d’un petit appartement, comme il en existe beaucoup dans nos grandes villes, la hauteur sous plafond, et l’installation d’une mezzanine changent totalement la sensation d’espace de ce lieu.

Cela permet de dégager la surface au sol pour installer une cuisine équipée confortable, un espace salon assez vaste, et une salle à manger pour quatre. Le balcon enfin complète ce studio pour en augmenter la surface disponible. Côté décoration, on reste dans un design sage, basé sur le gris, le noir, des couleurs neutres qui lui offrent une atmosphère urbaine et reposante. Trouver un tel studio de 25m2 avec un petit plus représenté par la mezzanine, est un rêve citadin, réalisé ici pour le plus grand bonheur des ses propriétaires à Stockholm.

It is in a Swedish building constructed in 1939, an old industrial building, that we discover this 25m2 studio with a little precious extra. If we can say that it is a small flat, as there are many in our big cities, the height under the ceiling, and the installation of a mezzanine totally change the feeling of space of this place.

This frees up the floor space for a comfortable fitted kitchen, a fairly large living room and a dining room for four. The balcony completes this studio to increase the available surface. As for decor, the design remains wise, based on grey and black, neutral colours that give it an urban and relaxing atmosphere.
