Une maison en bois bioclimatique au bord de l’eau

Installée sur sur les rives du fleuve Paraná, cette maison en bois bioclimatique est la propriété de l’architecte d’intérieur Erica Heidenreich créatrice de Solsken, qui l’a nommée “Amphibian”. Elle est régi par les normes strictes de l’architecture bioclimatique qui garantissent la durabilité et le respect de l’environnement. L’architecte d’intérieur a réalisé ici un rêve, avoir une maison durable et minimaliste, tout en restant confortable et chaleureuse.

Outre sa magnifique conception écoresponsable, cette maison présente une décoration contemporaine avec une alternance de bois et de noir. Une cheminée design en acier installée sur la terrasse réchauffe le salon d’extérieur si c’est nécessaire. Cette maison en bois bioclimatique dispose de trois chambres avec salle de bains et d’une longue galerie couverte en terrasse. Elle a été conçue par les architectes du studio MAPA, qui ont une expertise reconnue pour la réalisation de ce type de maison isolée, en collaboration avec l’architecte Pedro Reyna, spécialiste de maisons passives chez Pumm. Bioclimatic wooden house by the water

Located on the banks of the Paraná River, this bioclimatic wooden house is owned by the interior designer Erica Heidenreich, creator of Solsken, who named it “Amphibian”. It is governed by the strict standards of bioclimatic architecture that guarantee sustainability and respect for the environment. The interior designer has realised a dream here, to have a sustainable and minimalist house, while remaining comfortable and warm.

In addition to its beautiful eco-friendly design, this house has a contemporary decor with alternating wood and black. A designer steel fireplace on the terrace warms up the outdoor living area when necessary. This bioclimatic wooden house has three bedrooms with bathrooms and a long covered gallery terrace. It was designed by the architects of the MAPA studio, who have recognised expertise in the construction of this type of insulated house, in collaboration with the architect Pedro Reyna, a specialist in passive houses at Pumm. Une maison en bois aux lignes pures avec piscine

Ce sont les architectes du studio Diaz+Alexander, qui ont conçu cette maison en bois aux lignes pures, ou l’on retrouve ce matériau aussi bien à l’extérieur qu’à l’intérieur. La façade s’inspire des traditionnelles cabanes mais en format XXL pour cette maison située à Los Angeles mais avec sa piscine dans le jardin et sa décoration contemporaine élégante, elle n’a bien sûr rien à voir avec une cabane rustique.

Si l’intérieur est simple et design, cette maison en bois aux lignes pures reste toutefois très accueillante, grâce à une décoration basée sur l’utilisation de matériaux naturels, et surtout par l’omniprésence du bois sur les murs intérieurs. Choisis dans une essence claire intemporelle, sur les murs comme sur les sols,  ils ne deviennent toutefois pas étouffants. Le lien est fort et vulu entre l’intérieur qui grâce à des portes coulissantes ouvre les pièces sur le jardin. Ainsi la lumière et la ventilation circulent de façon optimale, et la vue sur la verdure qui entoure la maison apporte un supplément de fraicheur. Photo : LA Light Photo

Sleek wooden house with a swimming pool

The architects of the Diaz+Alexander studio designed this sleek wooden house, where the material can be found both inside and outside. The facade is inspired by traditional cabins, but in XXL scale for this house located in Los Angeles, but with its swimming pool in the garden and its elegant contemporary decor, it has of course nothing to do with a rustic cabin.

If the interior is simple and design, this wooden house with pure lines remains nevertheless very welcoming, thanks to a decor based on the use of natural materials, and especially by the omnipresence of wood on the interior walls. Chosen in a timeless light colour, on the walls as well as on the floors, they do not become suffocating. There is a strong and vulnerable link between the interior, which opens up to the garden through sliding doors. Une maison en bois à la décoration contemporaine en Australie

L’ hiver arrive dans l’hémisphère sud, et avec lui la neige et le froid. C’est en Australie que nous découvrons cette maison en bois à la décoration contemporaine située dans les Nouvelles Galles du Sud. Wondernest est nichée dans le paysage dans lequel elle se cache avec sa façade noire discrète. Perchée au-dessus d’un bush vierge et isolé, c’est une élégante maison de campagne située dans le magnifique village de montagne de Blackheath à l’intérieur inspiré par la décoration scandinave.

Il se dégage de son intérieur  une sensation de luxe chaleureux et discret. Wondernest a été conçue et rénovée par ses propriétaires en tenant compte de son environnement. L’extérieur en bois teinté foncé contraste avec son intérieur aux murs blancs. Ses sols en bois clair et ses deux chambres mansardées lui donnent le style d’un chalet. Sa terrasse surélevée et son jardin  s’ouvrent sur le bush, et le parc national des Blue Mountains, classé au patrimoine mondial, est littéralement sur le pas de votre porte. La neige qui entoure la maison au plus froid de la saison d’hiver donne au paysage un aspect magique.

Winter is coming to the southern hemisphere, and with it the snow and the cold. It is in Australia that we discover this wooden house with a contemporary decor located in New South Wales. Wondernest is nestled in the landscape in which it is hidden with its discreet black façade. Perched high above the pristine and secluded bush, it is an elegant country house located in the beautiful mountain village of Blackheath with an interior inspired by Scandinavian decor.

The interior has a warm and understated feeling of luxury. Wondernest has been designed and renovated by its owners with its surroundings in mind. The dark stained wood exterior contrasts with the white-walled interior. The light wood floors and two bedrooms with sloping ceilings give it a cottage feel. Its elevated deck and garden overlook the bush, and the World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains National Park is literally on your doorstep. The snow that surrounds the house in the coldest part of the winter season gives the landscape a magical feel.

Une maison avec spa entourée de nature au Pays de Galles

Au Pays de Galles, la faune et la flore sont à découvrir à votre porte dans cette maison avec spa entourée par la généreuse nature de ce pays faisant partie de la Grande-Bretagne. Il est situé à l’ouest de l’Angleterre et plutôt méconnu par la plupart d’entre-nous. C’est une région presque sauvage, très rurale et verte, et c’est là que se trouve cette grande, sombre et belle cabane contemporaine à la décoration actuelle.

Conçue par Greta-Mae Interiors, elle est d’inspiration scandinave, avec sa la façade d’un vert profond presque noir qui se dissimule au milieu des arbres qui l’entourent.  Elle a été construite dans une optique de développement durable, créant ainsi un impact minimal sur son environnement boisé. Elle est confortable et élégante, avec une cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle de bain à l’ambiance spa et une terrasse avec spa surélevée nichée dans la colline verdoyante. Inspirée par les spectaculaires maisons de bois noir et de poix d’Islande, elle présente un intérieur très lumineux grâce à ses hautes fenêtres qui trouent sa façade triangulaire.

In Wales, wildlife is on your doorstep in this spa house surrounded by the generous nature of this part of Britain. Wales is located in the west of England and is not well known to most of us. It’s an almost wild region, very rural and green, and that’s where this large, dark and beautiful contemporary cabin with contemporary decor is located.

Designed by Greta-Mae Interiors, it has a Scandinavian feel to it, with the deep green facade almost black hiding amongst the surrounding trees. It was built with sustainability in mind, creating minimal impact on its wooded surroundings. It is comfortable and elegant, with a fully equipped kitchen, spa-like bathroom and elevated spa terrace nestled into the green hillside. Inspired by the spectacular black wood and pitch houses of Iceland, it has a very bright interior with tall windows piercing its triangular facade.

Une petite maison dans les arbres avec un ponton sur un lac

Conçue par ses propriétaires qui ont voulu en faire un endroit pour les rêveurs et les créateurs, cette petite maison dans les arbres en Caroline du Nord est installée au bord d’un lac. C’est un lieu pour adopter un esprit “slow living”, regarder la nature depuis les terrasses ou son lit, apprécier les couchers de soleil sur l’eau depuis le jardin ou le ponton. L’esprit lodge est fait de bois, de confort et de la couleur verte que l’on retrouve dans la décoration, pour se fondre au mieux avec la nature environnante.

On imagine assez bien s’installer dans le lit sous la terrasse, se balancer doucement et profiter des parfums naturels, ceux de la sève des arbres et de l’eau qui clapote, faire une sieste rafraichie par une petite brise bienfaisante. Et lorsque la nuit arrive, lorsqu’il fait plus frais, profiter de la chaleur du brasero sur la berge, et revenir à l’intérieur pour dormir dans un lit confortable. Ainsi le temps s’écoule doucement dans cette maison surélevée, vous déconnectant du quotidien avec bonheur.

Designed by its owners as a place for dreamers and creators, this small treehouse in North Carolina is set on the edge of a lake. It is a place to adopt a “slow living” spirit, to watch nature from the terraces or from your bed, to enjoy the sunsets over the water from the garden or the pontoon. The lodge spirit is made of wood, comfort and the green colour that is found in the decor, to blend in with the surrounding nature.

You can imagine settling down in the bed under the terrace, rocking gently and enjoying the natural scents of the trees’ sap and the lapping water, taking a nap refreshed by a gentle breeze. And when night comes, when it is cooler, enjoy the warmth of the brasero on the bank, and return inside to sleep in a comfortable bed. So time passes gently in this elevated house, disconnecting you from everyday life with happiness.
