Cette maison est le résultat de la restauration d’une maison de campagne du 19ème siècle dans les Catskills, dans l’état de New York. Le principe a été l’utilisation de matériaux écologiques et économiques. Le designer russe Alexander Uglyanitsa a créé de toute pièce dans cette maison en Bélarus, l’atmosphère d’un loft, faite de l’accumulation de tuyaux de cuivres et de murs recouverts de briques et de bois. Le mobilier est en grande partie créé par Pininfarina, et une cheminée française Mezzofocus de chez Focus a été choisie comme élément focal de la pièce. Ils donnent à cet intérieur l’esprit chaleureux nécessaire à cet espace aux grandes surfaces vitrées en double hauteur.
