Cette maison dans la banlieue de Madrid est située sur un terrain atypique, présentant une pente raide, situé sur le flanc d’une montagne qui nécessitait l’intervention d’un architecte pour la réaliser. C’est Jacobo Lladó qui a été chargé de la concevoir pour la famille qui possédait ce terrain depuis longtemps. Spacieuse, lumineuse et confortable, elle répond parfaitement aux attentes de ses propriétaires.
La maison a été conçue pour s’adapter aux irrégularités de terrain atypique, et tirer parti de ses particularités. À l’intérieur, le salon immense a une double hauteur et intègre une grande bibliothèque. Les chambres sont assez nombreuses pour que chaque enfant de la famille puisse avoir son propre univers. À l’extérieur, un porche abrité par un feuillage accueille une grande terrasse, un espace de détente pour toute la famille. Pour décorer cette grande maison, les propriétaires se sont fait aider par la décoratrice Emma Arenzana qui a choisi un style qui combine le rustique chic et le contemporain avec équilibre pour obtenir un lieu intemporel. House near Madrid on an atyspical plot
This house in the suburbs of Madrid is located on an atypical plot of land, with a steep slope, on the side of a mountain that required the intervention of an architect to build it. Jacobo Lladó was commissioned to design it for the family that had owned the land for a long time. Spacious, bright and comfortable, it perfectly meets the expectations of its owners.
The house was designed to adapt to the irregularities of the atypical plot and to take advantage of its particularities. Inside, the huge living room is double height and includes a large library. There are enough bedrooms for each child in the family to have their own world. Outside, a porch sheltered by foliage hosts a large terrace, a place for the whole family to relax. To decorate this large house, the owners enlisted the help of decorator Emma Arenzana, who chose a style that combines rustic chic and contemporary with balance to achieve a timeless place.
