Cette maison flottante, une houseboat de 150m2 au design minimaliste construite en 2016, est typique des habitations que l’on trouve à Seattle et qui ont été popularisés par le film “nuits blanches à Seattle”. Son étage supérieur accueille une vaste zone ouverte comprenant  la cuisine, le salon et la salle à manger ainsi qu’une terrasse depuis laquelle on peut admirer un paysage magique sur la ville quand le soir descend. L’intérieur épuré, laisse la vedette à  l’environnement, à la magie de la vie sur l’eau, et aux reflets changeants de la lumière selon le temps et les moments de la journée. Une maison design sur l’eau aux Pays-Bas

Cette maison design et vitrée sur l’eau, une houseboat conçue par i29 architects, flotte sur l’eau d’un canal désaffecté à Amsterdam aux Pays-Bas. Décorée de manière minimaliste, elle fait partie de Schoonschip, un nouveau village flottant de 46 habitations installé dans un quartier au  fort passé industriel, mais qui aujourd’hui, il est l’un des quartiers les plus dynamiques de la ville. Le nouvel ensemble se veut un écosystème intégré au tissu urbain : il est autosuffisant sur le plan énergétique, utilise pleinement l’énergie et l’eau ambiantes pour l’utilisation et la réutilisation, recycle les nutriments et réduit les déchets, tout en créant un espace pour la biodiversité naturelle. This glazed and design houseboat conceived by i29 architects floats on the water of a disused canal in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Decorated in a minimalist style, it is part of Schoonschip, a new floating village of 46 dwellings in an area with a strong industrial past, but which today is one of the most dynamic areas of the city. Comme une maison container sur l’eau

Conçue par Holland Zicht dans la région de Zaan aux Pays-Bas, cette maison au look maison container à la façade noire métallique est construite sur une barge et porte le nom de Zwarte Zwaan, ou “Cygne noir” en néerlandais. Ses larges ouvertures vitrées donnent sur le paysage serein environnant, et sa décoration est à la fois design et d’inspiration nautique, de nombreuses plantes vertes qui apportent la nature un peu plus à l’intérieur.
