La rénovation totale d’une maison en style contemporain et lumineux

C’est à Tel Aviv que le studio de design Studio Details a réalisé la rénovation totale de cette maison de 140m² construite dans les années 1930. La jeune famille propriétaire souhaitait une maison contemporaine et facile à vivre, tout en restant chaleureuse. Tout a été changé, du sol au plafond, excepté les fers forgés des fenêtres et des portes qui datent de l’origine de la maison.

Total renovation of a house in a contemporary and luminous style
It is in Tel Aviv that the design studio Studio Details carried out the total renovation of this 140m² house built in the 1930s. The young owner family wanted a contemporary house that was easy to live in, yet warm and welcoming. Everything has been changed, from floor to ceiling, except for the ironwork on the windows and doors, which dates back to the origin of the house.

Design contemporain et matériaux naturels font bon ménage dans cette maison

A Netanya, en Israël, cette maison au design contemporain a été créée par l’architecte Zachit Tshuva. Son but était de créer une atmosphère où les matériaux naturels donneraient à la maison un aspect intemporel. Très lumineuse grâce aux larges fenêtres en acier noir, elle laisse la vue sur le jardin planté d’agrumes et d’herbes sauvages. Photo : Itay Benit

In Netanya, Israel, this house with its contemporary design was designed by the architect Zachit Tshuva. Its aim was to create an atmosphere where natural materials would give the house a timeless look. Une maison d’architecte unique pour un collectionneur

La maison Muse(um) a été réalisée par Anderman Architects en Israel, pour un collectionneur compulsif. Il est facile de voir qu’il s’agit là d’un projet unique, mêlant l’architecture contemporaine et le béton, à un esprit vintage décalé. Cette maison est avant tout un lieu de vie, et même si les objets de collection et les oeuvres d’art sont nombreuses, ce n’est pas un musée. Les 420 m² sont destinés à une vie de famille, et l’architecte responsable du projet Efrat Tudros l’a parfaitement compris et interprété.

Unique architect’s house for a collector
The Muse(um) house was designed by Anderman Architects in Israel, for a compulsive collector. It is easy to see that this is a unique project, combining contemporary architecture and concrete with an offbeat vintage spirit. This house is above all a place to live, and even if there are many collectibles and works of art, it is not a museum. The 420 m² is intended for family life, and the architect in charge of this project,  Efrat Tudros,  has perfectly understood and interpreted it.

Avant sa rénovation en style contemporain par le cabinet d’architecture de Maya Scheinberger, cette maison était rustique, sombre et démodée. Les espaces ouverts, la grande luminosité, les murs blancs,  les surfaces vitrées, et l’ajout d’un niveau pour une chambre supplémentaire,  l’ont transformée en une maison idéale pour une famille, à quelques kilomètres de Tel Aviv. Master Villa a été construite en Israel par Orko Studio, et l’architecte Or Kochav. Si les volumes sont imposants comme c’est le cas généralement dans ce type de construction, la décoration design due à Nathalie Levon arrive à faire oublier la relative froideur des lieux grâce au nombreuses oeuvres d’art sur les murs.
