La designer Asun Antó de Coton et Bois est intervenue pour donner de la personnalité à cet appartement situé à Madrid à la demande des propriétaires. Ils adoraient sa luminosité et l’espace, mais lui reprochaient un aspect fade et un manque d’éclat et de chaleur. They loved its luminosity and space, but criticized its bland appearance and lack of glow and warmth. La rénovation en couleurs d’un appartement espagnol

La rénovation de cet appartement  du  XIXe siècle  situé à Madrid par le studio de design Bao Proyectos a donné des espaces aux couleurs vives et décorés avec des oeuvres d’arts urbain, se mariant parfaitement aux éléments historiques du bâtiment. La rénovation d’un petit appartement de 45m2 tout en longueur

La principale difficulté rencontrée par la propriétaire de cet appartement de 45m2 à Madrid, pour réussir sa rénovation, était la présence de seulement deux grandes fenêtres  en façade, les autres étant minuscules. Les pièces sont donc ouvertes les unes sur les autres,en enfilade,  mais dans des zones bien déterminées. La priorité a été donné au blanc pour les murs, la couleur étant apportée par les éléments décoratifs comme les coussins, ou la vaisselle, les grosses pièces de mobilier restant dans des coloris neutres. A l’arrivée, on obtient un appartement lumineux malgré cette absence de fenêtres, très agréable à vivre pour sa propriétaire. Photo : Patricia Gallego

Renovation of a small flat of 45m2 all in length
The main difficulty encountered by the owner of this 45m2 flat in Madrid, in order to successfully renovate it, was the presence of only two large windows in the facade, the others being tiny. The rooms are therefore open on top of each other, in a row, but in specific areas. Priority was given to white for the walls, the colour being provided by decorative elements such as cushions, or dishes, with large pieces of furniture remaining in neutral colours. Une nouvelle décoration pour un appartement par le studio Deleite Design

Le  studio Deleite Design en Espagne a rénové et décoré cet appartement à Madrid, en lui apportant lumière et couleurs. Une des chambres a été supprimée, car il y en avait trois, et a permis ainsi d’agrandir la chambre principale et de créer un dressing. Dans la partie salon, un bureau confortable a pris place afin que sa jeune propriétaire puisse travailler à la maison. Photo : Clara Capdevila
