Sometimes flats in new buildings are found to lack personality. This is not the case here, in the Dutch city of Haarlem, where this flat with black ceilings (a bold choice if ever there was one!) has a beautiful, chic and contemporary decor. The advantage of being located high up in a flat, here on the 9th floor of a building with contemporary lines and a surprisingly red façade, is that you have a beautiful view. If we look beyond the bold choice of black ceilings, we notice a decor that combines luxury and relaxation. Despite the comfortable size of the flat, there are only two bedrooms, with the majority of the flat dedicated to the reception area, and the large kitchen with a work island and bar. The building where it is located is also durable, and the view of the surroundings is an undeniable plus, whether you are inside or outside.
