Un deux-pièces de 33m2 bien conçu avec un aménagement sur mesure

C’est à Varsovie en Pologne que nous visitons ce deux-pièces de 33m2 bien conçu par la designer et architecte Kalina Juchnevic. Elle est la fondatrice du studio Blok585m2 avec son mari Robert Juchnevic et a pris en charge la rénovation et la décoration de ce petit appartement pour la jeune propriétaire. L’aménagement réalisé sur mesure est plein de belles trouvailles vintage comme le paravent inspiré de Calder, ou bien encore le fauteuil Togo iconique. L’architecte s’est beaucoup investie dans ce projet, puisqu’elle l’a réalisé pour sa soeur Katarzyna, une créatrice de céramiques sous la marque Koka Studio.

La rénovation de ce deux-pièces de 33m2 a duré trois mois, et la surface a été entièrement redistribuée, les murs et les plafonds peints en blanc pour plus de luminosité. L’intérieur datait des années 60 et n’avait pas été rénové depuis. L’ inspiration est venue de l’architecture du bâtiment et des meubles vintage que Katarzyna possédait déjà ainsi que de ses créations de céramiques. Well-designed 33m2 one-bedroom with a customised layout

In Warsaw, Poland, we visit this well-designed 33m2 one-bedroom apartment by designer and architect Kalina Juchnevic. She is the founder of the Blok585m2 studio with her husband Robert Juchnevic and took on the renovation and decor of this small flat for the young owner. The bespoke design is full of beautiful vintage finds such as the Calder-inspired screen and the iconic Togo armchair. The architect put a lot of effort into this project, as she did it for her sister Katarzyna, a ceramics designer under the brand name Koka Studio.

The renovation of this 33m2 one-bedroom apartment took three months, and the space was completely redistributed, with the walls and ceilings painted white for greater luminosity. The interior dated from the 1960s and had not been renovated since. The inspiration came from the architecture of the building and the vintage furniture Katarzyna already owned, as well as from her ceramic creations. Un deux-pièces de 33m2 de rêve parfaitement aménagé

Dire de cet appartement que c’est un deux-pièces de 33m2 de rêve pourra sembler exagéré à certains même s’il est parfaitement aménagé. Ce n’est pas le plus grand appartement qui a été présenté sur ce blog, le plus luxueux, mais il représentera certainement pour ceux qui vivent seul (ou même à deux), et qui ont un certain goût pour les lieux lumineux, optimisés et avec une certaine personnalité, un véritable exemple à suivre. Car si la surface est limitée, ce n’est pas du tout l’impression qu’il donne.

Sans luxe excessif c’est certain, mais on y trouve tout de même du marbre, une verrière, une cuisine design grise bien équipée. Mais il se dégage surtout de sa décoration contemporaine, une impression de confort et d’élégance optimale. Les tons utilisés dans ce deux-pièces de 33m2 de rêve, le gris associé à des touches de vert, sont consensuels, mais ne manquent pas d’une certaine personnalité. Il n’a certainement pas le charme des appartements situés dans des immeubles anciens, mais c’est sans aucun doute un appartement en Suède très bien réalisé qui séduira ceux qui aiment les endroits modernes et fonctionnels.

Dreamy 33m2 one-bedroom apartment with a perfect layout

To say that this is a dreamy 33m2 one-bedroom flat may seem like an exaggeration to some, even though it is perfectly appointed. It is not the largest flat that has been presented on this blog, nor the most luxurious, but it will certainly represent for those who live alone (or even with two people), and who have a certain taste for luminous, optimized places with a certain personality, a real example to follow. Because if the surface is limited, it is not at all the impression it gives.

Without excessive luxury, of course, but there is marble, a partition and a well-equipped grey designer kitchen. But above all, the contemporary decor gives an impression of comfort and elegance. The tones used in this dreamy 33m2 one-bedroom, grey with touches of green, are consensual, but not lacking in a certain personality. It certainly doesn’t have the charm of flats in older buildings, but it’s definitely a very well done flat in Sweden that will appeal to those who like modern and functional places.

Un super deux-pièces de 36m2 avec une vue sur l’eau

Ce super deux-pièces de 36m2 auquel il ne manque rien, ni une terrasse idyllique avec vue sur l’eau, ni une cheminée, a été construit dans les années 1970. C’était autrefois un grand studio, que le designer d’intérieur Alberto Torres, de PortobelloStreet.es, a transformé en un petit appartement avec une chambre séparée. Il se situe à Madrid, près du réservoir de San Juan, considéré comme “la mer” de la capitale espagnole. Et il est vrai que la vue donne l’impression de vivre non loin de la Méditerranée.

Le plan de ce super deux-pièces de 36m2 a été revu de façon optimale, avec la terrasse connectée directement au salon et à la salle à manger pour profiter de la vue depuis le canapé du salon. Cette pièce principale est très lumineuse et chaleureuse, décorée dans des tons naturels et neutres qui augmentent l’impression d’espace. Super one-bedroom apartment of 36m2 with a view of the water

This super one-bedroom apartment, which lacks nothing – neither an idyllic terrace with water views nor a fireplace – was constructed in the 1970s. It used to be a large studio apartment, which interior designer Alberto Torres of PortobelloStreet.es turned into a small flat with a separate bedroom. It is located in Madrid, near the San Juan reservoir, considered to be the “sea” of the Spanish capital. And it’s true that the view gives the impression of living not far from the Mediterranean.

The layout of this super one-bedroom of 36m2 has been optimally revised, with the terrace connected directly to the living and dining room to enjoy the view from the sofa in the living room. Un petit appartement design de 39m2 sur deux niveaux optimisés

La simplicité peut être luxueuse, et tous les appartements y compris les plus petites surfaces ont le droit à des finitions irréprochables. C’est le cas ici dans ce petit appartement design de 39m2 conçu par les designers du studio NestSpace à Taïwan. Si les mètres carrés sont limités, comme souvent dans l’île, la conception porte cet appartement à un niveau d’élégance et de fonctionnalité absolu.

Les concepteurs souhaitaient pouvoir conserver certains aspects traditionnels tout en modernisant les espaces. On retrouve ces éléments anciens particulièrement dans le plafond avec des arches dont l’aspect a été rendu plus moderne par l’apport du blanc. Au premier niveau, les espaces communs sont ouverts et fluides, et le développement en hauteur a permis de créer à l’étage une chambre intime avec salle de bain qui si elle ne possède aucune porte pour la fermer, est tout de même éloignée des espaces de réception. Small design flat of 39m2 on two optimised levels

Simplicity can be luxurious, and all flats, even the smallest, are entitled to impeccable finishes. This is the case here in this small 39m2 design flat by the designers of NestSpace Studio in Taiwan. While the square footage is limited, as is often the case on the island, the design takes this flat to an absolute level of elegance and functionality.

The designers wanted to be able to retain some traditional aspects while modernising the spaces. These old elements can be found particularly in the ceiling with arches, which have been made more modern by the use of white. On the first level, the common spaces are open and fluid, and the development in height has made it possible to create an intimate bedroom with a bathroom on the second floor, which, although it has no door to close it, is still far from the reception areas. Un appartement de 47m2 ensoleillé et sa baignoire sur la terrasse

Ceci, la propriétaire de cet appartement de 47m2 ensoleillé grâce à ses éléments jaunes possède une terrasse aménagée comme une véritable salle de bain avec une baignoire. Cet appartement à Madrid était autrefois sombre et triste, mais grâce à l’intervention de Gon Architects, il est devenu un lieu moderne, joyeux, et atypique. Casa Gialla (la maison jaune), se caractérise non seulement par cette couleur employée sur tout un mur, et en rappel dans la chambre et certains éléments, mais aussi par sa modularité.

En effet, certains aménagements ne se révèlent qu’au fur et à mesure, et se cachent lorsque c’est nécessaire. Comme par exemple le bureau coulissant. Le mur jaune abrite ainsi un certain nombre d’équipements malins. L’appartement de 47m2 ensoleillé par ce jaune, peut également accueillir un couple dans le salon grâce à son lit armoire. Et la cerise sur le gâteau est sans aucun doute la terrasse, cachée des regards, conçue comme une salle de bain en plein air, à la manière d’un onsen japonais. Photo : Imagen Subliminal

47m2 sunny flat with a bathtub on the terrace

The owner of this 47m2 flat, sunny thanks to its yellow elements, has a terrace fitted out as a real bathroom with a bath. This flat in Madrid, was once dark and sad, but thanks to the intervention of Gon Architects, it has become a modern, cheerful and atypical place. Casa Gialla (the yellow house) is characterised not only by the colour used on an entire wall, and as a reminder in the bedroom and in certain elements, but also by its modularity.

In fact, some of the furnishings are only revealed as you go along, and are hidden when necessary. Like the sliding desk, for example. The yellow wall thus houses a number of clever features. The 47m2 flat, bathed in yellow, can also accommodate a couple in the living room thanks to its Murphy bed.
