C’est à Bordeaux, au cœur du typique quartier des Chartrons, que cet appartement bourgeois de 196m2 présenté par Espaces Atypiques, a été entièrement repensé par un architecte en une habitation contemporaine. La cuisine aménagée inscrite dans un grande verrière, est sans doute l’élément fort de cet appartement aux beaux éléments d’origine, comme la pierre bordelaise, et la cheminée.

It is in Bordeaux, in the heart of the typical Chartrons district, that this 196m2 bourgeois apartment presented by Espaces Atypiques, has been completely redesigned by an architect into a contemporary home. The fitted kitchen, set in a large glazed area, is undoubtedly the strong element of this apartment with its beautiful original elements, such as the Bordeaux stone and the fireplace.

Une chambre cocon derrière la verrière

Le velours bleu du jeté de lit, et la verrière font de la chambre de ce studio avec une alcôve fermée, un véritable cocon, où se relaxer, dormir, et rêver à la couleur du ciel d’été. Les coussins sur le  canapé et les fauteuils du salon reprennent cette tonalité, et la neutralité du reste de l’appartement est un atout supplémentaire pour vivre dans une atmosphère zen.

The blue velvet of the bedspread, and the glass partition make the bedroom of this studio with a closed alcove, a real cocoon, where you can relax, sleep, and dream about the color of the summer sky. The cushions on the sofa and the armchairs in the living room reflect this tone, and the neutrality of the rest of the apartment is an additional asset for living in a Zen atmosphere.

Une cuisine ouverte juste ce qu’il faut

Entièrement rénové, cet appartement présente un espace cuisine/salon bien aménagé. La cuisine est séparée par une verrière qui permet de dissimuler un peu la zone de préparation, et offre un demi-mur idéal pour installer un des canapés. Ce système de cuisine ouverte “juste ce qu’il faut”, doit satisfaire les goûts parfois contradictoires des deux membres d’un couple.

Completely renovated, this apartment has a well-equipped kitchen/lounge area. The kitchen is separated by a glass partition that allows you to hide a little the cooking area, and offers an ideal half wall to install one of the sofas. This open kitchen system “only as needed” must satisfy the sometimes contradictory tastes of both members of a couple.

Un appartement rénové sous les toits de Bordeaux

C’est sous les toits de Bordeaux, en plein centre ville, dans “le triangle d’or”, que l’architecte d’intérieur Audrey Boey a rénové cet appartement de 70m², où la couleur se marie à une décoration à la fois design et vintage pour accueillir les occupants. L’accent a été mis sur la qualité des finitions et des matériaux, avec une très belle réalisation de menuiserie, ainsi que des choix de carrelage et papiers-peints haut de gamme.

Under the roofs of Bordeaux, right in the city centre, in the “golden triangle”,  interior architect Audrey Boey has renovated this 70m² apartment, where colour blends with both design and vintage decoration to welcome the occupants. The emphasis has been placed on the quality of finishes and materials, with a very beautiful carpentry, as well as choices of tiles and wallpaper of high quality.

Un appartement sous les toits avec atelier

C’est l’atelier d’architecture 19 degrés qui a assuré la rénovation de cet appartement sous les toits à St Malo.  Les volumes ont été redistribués, afin de créer un espace jour et un espace nuit.
