Un appartement à Kiev par le studio de design Pufik Homes

Pufik Homes est non seulement un très beau blog publié chaque jour par mes amis Sergiy et Anna, mais également un studio de design qui réalise de beaux projets en Ukraine. C’est pourquoi nous visitons aujourd’hui leur dernière réalisation, un appartement à la décoration inspirée par la Scandinavie pour une jeune famille à Kiev en Ukraine.  Le bois naturel  et la simplicité étaient au coeur du projet, mais certaines conditions étaient également présentes : un budget limité, et un chantier devant se réaliser dans une période courte. Un appartement de style mini loft de 41m2 en briques et acier

C’est dans le centre historique de Kiev en Ukraine, que ce mini loft de 41m² a été réalisé par le bureau de design Form, pour son propriétaire, un jeune homme d’affaires qui désirait en faire son appartement, mais également le louer de temps à autre. Quatre mois de chantier ont été nécessaires pour le réhabiliter complètement, et grâce à une hauteur sous plafond de 4 mètres, une mezzanine supportant la chambre a pu être installée sur une plate forme en acier. Les murs de briques d’origine, datant d’avant-guerre ont été renforcés de plaques métalliques sur toute la surface, car une ligne de métro a été construite sous la maison. 41m2 mini loft style apartment in brick and steel
It is in the historic centre of Kiev in Ukraine that this 41m² mini loft was created by the design office Form, for its owner, a young businessman who wanted to make it his apartment, but also to rent it from time to time. Four months of work were necessary to completely rehabilitate it, and thanks to a ceiling height of 4 metres, a mezzanine supporting the bedroom could be installed on a steel platform. The original pre-war brick walls were reinforced with metal plates over the entire surface, as a metro line was built under the house. Design sobre pour l’appartement d’un homme d’affaires par Sergey Makhno Architects

Le défi relevé par Sergey Makhno Architects, était de créer un appartement au design sobre pour un homme d’affaires suisse, célibataire, tombé amoureux de la ville pendant un voyage de travail. L’esprit devait être celui d’un hôtel 5 étoiles confortable,  un endroit pour se sentir à l’aise en compagnie de ses amis et lorsqu’il est seul. C’est grâce à la réunion de trois appartements que ce lieu a été créé, dans le style ukrainien contemporain, qui combine les traditions du pays et le design moderne. On pourrait craindre qu’il soit sombre, mais la présence de larges baies vitrées permet de laisser entrer la lumière à flot.

Sober design for a businessman’s apartment by Sergey Makhno Architects
Sergey Makhno Architects’ challenge was to create a flat with a sober design for a single Swiss businessman who fell in love with the city during a work trip. The spirit had to be that of a comfortable 5-star hotel, a place to feel comfortable with friends and when he is alone. It is thanks to the combination of three apartments that this place was created, in the contemporary Ukrainian style, which combines the traditions of the country and modern design. You  might fear that it is dark, but the presence of large windows allows light to enter through.

Le bleu est omniprésent dans cet appartement situé à Kiev, en Ukraine. D’un ton vif, il dynamise l’ensemble de l’espace, et est adouci grâce au gris du mur de briques et  des tomettes, des choix assumés par le studio de design K-Band,  pour lui donner un effet loft industriel lumineux.
