Le propriétaire de ce loft spectaculaire dans la ville de Gérone en Espagne a demandé à la designer d’intérieur Lara Pujol de totalement transformer cet espace de 240 m2 et de plus de 4 mètres de haut en un loft où modernité et architecture classique coexistent. Et alors qu’il était en train de réaliser un autre projet, il a tout abandonné pour celui-ci, désirant vivre dans un appartement spécial. The owner of this spectacular loft in the city of Girona, Spain, asked interior designer Lara Pujol to totally transform this 240 m2 space, more than 4 metres high, into a loft where modernity and classical architecture coexist. And while he was working on another project, he gave up everything for this one, wanting to live in a special apartment. The magic of the decoration did the rest and he now lives in a unique place. Un petit loft design revisité par la grâce du Home Staging

Dans ce petit loft en Espagne c’est le designer Sébastien Robert dont je vous ai déjà parlé à de nombreuses reprises ici, qui a effectué sa mission de home staging. Afin de donner du charme à un endroit qui n’en avait aucun, il a déployé ses talents d’aménageur et utilisé des pièces fortes, comme le papier-peint Rebel Walls, ou la couleur verte de la cuisine, dont le mobilier d’origine a tout simplement reçu une couche de résine noire. Avec un budget limité et beaucoup de finesse il a réussi à créer un univers plein de personnalité correspondant au potentiel de ce lieu.

In this small loft in Spain, it is the designer Sébastien Robert, about whom I have already told you many times here, who carried out his home staging mission. In order to give charm to a place that had none, he deployed his talents as a decorator and used stunning elements, such as Rebel Walls wallpaper, or the green color of the kitchen, whose original furniture simply received a coat of black resin. With a limited budget and a lot of subtlety he managed to create a universe full of personality corresponding to the potential of this place.

Un loft dans un sublime bâtiment ancien

C’est le studio d’architecture Vilablanch qui s’est vu confier l’aménagement d’un sublime bâtiment ancien à Barcelone, la casa Burés. Un des lofts proposés fait la part belle à ses éléments d’origine mis en valeur par un design contemporain qui en valorise la beauté brute.

Les grandes verrières, les colonnes en acier, les volumes imposants font de ce loft, un lieu unique où les superlatifs sont de rigueur. Sa localisation dans la belle ville de Barcelone est également un plus indéniable. Qui ne voudrait pas vivre dans un tel endroit et au soleil de la Méditerranée, avec la mer toute proche?

Loft in a sublime old building

It is Vilablanch architectural studio that has been entrusted with the development of a sublime old building in Barcelona, the Casa Burés. One of the proposed lofts features its original elements highlighted by a contemporary design that enhances its raw beauty.

The large windows, the steel columns and the imposing volumes make this loft a unique place where superlatives are de rigueur. Its location in the beautiful city of Barcelona is also an undeniable plus. Who wouldn’t want to live in such a place and in the sun of the Mediterranean, with the sea nearby?

Dans un petit espace industriel de 60m² où la hauteur a permis d’installer une chambre en mezzanine, le studio de design intérieur Josep Cano, a réalisé un loft qui incorpore les structures d’origine, et où un escalier métallique à l’allure légère conduit à la partie nuit.

La designer d’intérieur Christine Leja de Bconnected a pris en charge la rénovation de cet espace pour créer un loft, près de la Méditerranée, dans un quartie à la mode de Majorque. Poutres en acier, hauts plafonds et volumes ouverts, sont caractéristiques des espaces situés dans un ancien bâtiment industriel comme ici.

Interior designer Christine Leja from Bconnected has taken charge of renovating this space to create a loft, near the Mediterranean, in a fashionable Mallorca quarter. Steel beams, high ceilings and open volumes are characteristic of spaces located in a former industrial building such as this one.
