Ce studio de 20m2 à Paris a été rénové et optimisé par Jean-Christophe Peyrieux, l’ architecte à la tête du studio Peyrieux, qui en a fait un lieu très lumineux, à la circulation fluide. La hauteur sous plafond de 2,85m a permis l’installation d’une petite mezzanine accueillant un couchage d’appoint, alors qu’un canapé convertible dans la pièce principale peut se transformer en lit double. Le dessous de l’escalier est équipé de rangements et d’une penderie pour cacher tout ce qui ne doit pas se voir.

Ce studio de 20m2 à Paris peut accueillir trois personnes confortablement, ce qui est une prouesse dans une si petite surface. Un studio à Paris totalement rénové en style contemporain

C’est au studio de design et d’architecture intérieure Marque de Fabrik que les propriétaires de ce studio à Paris, se sont adressés pour rénover entièrement leur appartement et en faire un presque deux-pièces avec un véritable espace chambre (pour voir l’état de l’appartement avant travaux, très impressionnant, cliquer sur ce lien). Après de lourds travaux, voici le résultat, et l’on peut dire que c’est une parfaite réussite.

Ce studio à Paris a pris une allure contemporaine, sobre mais avec suffisamment de caractère pour plaire à beaucoup d’entre nous. Les touches de vert sauge, le bois, la suspension Pale de Georges, tout cela concourt à le rendre très actuel, chaleureux, et consensuel. The owners of this studio in Paris turned to the design and interior architecture studio Marque de Fabrik to completely renovate their flat and turn it into an almost two-room apartment with a real bedroom space (to see the state of the flat before the work, very impressive, click on this link). After heavy work, here is the result, and we can say that it is a perfect success.

This Paris studio has taken on a contemporary look, sober but with enough character to please many of us. The touches of sage green, the wood, the Pale de Georges suspension, all contribute to make it very current, warm, and consensual. The grey glass roof renews the spirit of the glass partition without looking too industrial. It is a light partition, a trend that is increasingly appreciated in small flats with refined decoration, to create a real bedroom space. And although this flat is small, it is elegantly decorated with beautiful materials, such as cement tiles and a solid wooden floor.

Destiné à accueillir une étudiante, ce studio sous les toits de Paris d’une surface de 15m2 nécessitait une profonde rénovation.Ce sont les architectes de Ouest Home qui ont été chargé transformer cet espace vétuste en un joli appartement où il ne manque rien, afin de le rendre fonctionnel et esthétique. En 3 mois, les deux anciennes chambres de bonne dont il est constitué sont devenues un lieu accueillant et confortable, à la décoration simple qui ne demande qu’à devenir plus personnelle avec quelques éléments supplémentaires. Une jolie inspiration pour ceux qui pensent que petit ne doit pas rimer avec inconfortable.

The architects of Ouest Home were commissioned to transform this dilapidated space into a pretty flat where nothing is missing, in order to make it functional and aesthetic. In 3 months, the two former maids’ bedrooms have become a welcoming and comfortable place, with a simple decoration that only needs to become more personal with a few extra elements. Ce studio de 22m2 a été transformé en un deux-pièces près de Paris

Près de Paris, les architectes Margaux Meza et Carla Lopez de Transition Interior Design, ont transformé en un appartement de deux-pièces, un studio de 22m² sans que celui-ci semble avoir rétréci (ce qui est un exploit !) . La priorité a été laissée à l’espace salon/cuisine, et les couleurs fraîches et claires aident à conserver une impression de volumes dans ce petit appartement.

Dans ce studio de 18m2 près de Paris, le lit monte au plafond

L’architecte d’intérieur Clément Monnain, créateur de l’Akolyt, une agence qui s’occupe de toute, de la recherche du bien, à son éventuelle rénovation, a pris en charge l’aménagement de ce studio près de Paris, qui est assez petit avec ses 18m² de surface. Ce sont les parents du jeune homme qui l’occupe qui ont décidé de l’acheter et de le faire rénové pour leur fils étudiant. Pour pallier le manque de place, il a été décidé d’installer un lit qui monte au plafond et ainsi dégager en journée la surface au sol. Le bleu est le fil conducteur de la décoration, à la fois design et facile à vivre.
