Les propriétaires de ce duplex,  Simone Migliar et Silvia de Castro, voulaient une maison à la périphérie de Madrid.  Ils ont trouvé l’endroit idéal pour eux et  leurs trois enfants : un duplex avec deux terrasses et une vue magnifique sur les montagnes et ont demandé à Andrés Medina, directeur du studio de design intérieur Decorando tu espacio, de s’occuper de la rénovation du lieu. Perfect duplex for a large family
The owners of this duplex, Simone Migliar and Silvia de Castro, wanted a house on the outskirts of Madrid. They found the ideal place for them and their three children: a duplex with two terraces and a magnificent view of the mountains and asked Andrés Medina, director of the interior design firm Decorando tu espacio studio, to take care of the renovation of the place. Un appartement design d’architecte sous les toits

Ce spectaculaire appartement design sous les toits a été rénové par un architecte dans un bâtiment ancien. Sa surface habitable de 88 m² ne tient pas compte des volumes sous les pentes, et il donne donc une impression d’espace plus importante que les mètres carrés annoncés. Meublé sobrement, il met en valeur la moindre oeuvre d’art disposée sur les murs, et son escalier en colimaçon.

Architect’s design apartment under the roofs
This spectacular design apartment under the roof has been renovated by an architect in an old building. Its 88 m² living area does not take into account the volumes under the slopes, and therefore it gives an impression of more space than the announced square metres. Furnished soberly, it highlights the work of art on the walls, and its spiral staircase.

Ses clients, un couple de restaurateurs,  avaient commencé les travaux mais avaient besoin d’aide pour donner vie à leur vision de leur intérieur de rêve à la fois minimalist et industriel.
