Etosoto, est une finca écologique ancienne rénovée par ses propriétaires parisiens, Grégory et Julien Labrousse sur l’ île de Formentera dans les Baléares. Moins courue que sa voisine Ibiza, elle est tout aussi belle et ensoleillée. Entre terre et mer, la finca écologique, entourée de magnifiques jardins emplis de romarins et de figuiers et de l’odeur suave des nombreux jasmins possède seulement dix chambres. La décoration est lumineuse, faite de murs blanchis à la chaux, de lustres en coquillages, de fibres et de bambou. On peut choisir d’y faire du yoga, mais aussi tout simplement d’y séjourner sans idée précise, dans une démarche “slow life” bienfaisante. Derrière la maison principale, un projet d’agriculture biologique a été développé par les propriétaires, et grâce à l’utilisation de nouvelles techniques de maraîchage biologique, ils préservent la beauté naturelle du site.
An ecological finca by the sea in Formentera
Etosoto, is an old ecological finca renovated by its Parisian owners, Grégory and Julien Labrousse on the Balearic island of Formentera. Between land and sea, the ecological finca, surrounded by magnificent gardens filled with rosemary and fig trees and the sweet smell of numerous jasmines, has only ten bedrooms. The decoration is bright, with whitewashed walls, shell chandeliers, fibre and bamboo. You can choose to do yoga here, but also simply stay here without any specific idea, in a beneficial “slow life” approach. Behind the main house, an organic farming project has been developed by the owners, and thanks to the use of new organic farming techniques, they preserve the natural beauty of the site.
