A studio is often difficult to arrange, because the space is often lacking, and you are looking for the exploitation of the smallest square centimetre. While modern apartments leave little choice for recovering unexploited volumes, this is not the case in older buildings. In this one, built in 1904, the entrance was vast, and the installation of a skylight allowed the kitchen to be located in this space, and so freeing the main room from the technical aspect.
