L’ouverture des espaces, le mobilier design et coloré allié aux pièces plus anciennes, ont fait de cet endroit, l’appartement familial plein de gaité et de vie dont ils avaient toujours rêvé. La rénovation d’un appartement inondé de blanc pour faire entrer la lumière

Cet appartement de 65 m2 situé sur la côte basque espagnole était très sombre avant l’intervention de la décoratrice Natalia Zubizarreta qui l’a rénové et l’a rempli de lumière grâce à l’utilisation du blanc pour toutes les pièces. Sans toucher aux murs existants,  elle a  réussi à augmenter l’impression d’espace, en choisissant aussi du mobilier aux proportions bien adaptées.

L’immense terrasse sur la mer de ce petit appartement est son principal atout

Si cet appartement en bord de plage ne fait pas plus de 51m² pour un trois-pièces, son immense terrasse de 31m² dominant la mer est un atout indéniable pour un endroit où l’on passe ses vacances. L’architecte d’intérieur Sonia Badia de Xmasarquitectura  a su tirer le meilleur de cet appartement espagnol, en ajoutant une chambre pour les enfants créée dans les combles récupérés. La décoration basée sur le blanc, le bleu et le bois est en accord parfait avec la localisation méditerranéenne du lieu.

If this beachfront apartment is no more than 51m² for a two-bedroom, its huge 31m² terrace overlooking the sea is an undeniable asset for a place where you spend your holidays. The interior designer Sonia Badia from Xmasarquitectura was able to make the most of this Spanish apartment, adding a bedroom for the children created in the recovered attic. The decoration based on white, blue and wood is in perfect harmony with the Mediterranean location of the place.

Le hall est devenu un bureau bien utile, l’ancienne buanderie, une nouvelle salle d’eau. Paz, la jeune propriétaire de cet appartement a la chance d’avoir une architecte d’intérieur dans la famille. Et c’est à elle, sa cousine  María Salazar, qu’elle a confié l’aménagement de son studio de 45m².
