Le style n’est pas oublié dans ce petit appartement suédois de deux-pièces, à la décoration simple et réussie. Si vous ne l’avez pas encore remarqué, j’ai des préférences en décoration intérieure et en architecture. J’aime les endroits simples, qui semblent accessibles, les endroits “normaux”, mais bien aménagés, avec un petit supplément d’âme. J’admire les belles et grandes maisons d’architecte, d’ailleurs il m’arrive relativement souvent d’en présenter ici, mais j’ai du mal à en trouver qui ne soit pas un peu trop parfaites et froides. Aussi mes goûts personnels me portent vers des lieux dont on peut faire son quotidien, où l’on peut se projeter. Ce petit appartement est l’exemple type de mes choix. Oui, il n’est pas très grand, mais on a attaché à son aménagement et sa décoration autant de soin que s’il était somptueux. Le choix des couleurs, du mobilier, simple mais avec un mélange entre le mobilier du commerce et des éléments plus personnels comme la table dans le salon, ou le fauteuil vintage qu’on imagine passer de génération en génération, voici ce qui fait pour moi l’intérêt d’un intérieur. Ne pas recopier ce qu’il y a chez le voisin (même si c’est très réussi), et ne pas hésiter quelques pièces inattendues dans un espace. Et en faire son foyer, réellement. Et si vous ne parvenez pas à avoir un logement aussi parfait que celui des magazines, peu importe, du moment où vous vous sentez chez vous et protégé. I admire the beautiful and large architect’s houses, in fact I often present some here, but I find it difficult to find some that are not a little too perfect and cold. Also my personal tastes lead me to places where you can make your daily life, where you can project yourself. This small flat is a typical example of my choices. Yes, it’s not very big, but we’ve taken as much care with its layout and decoration as we would with a sumptuous one. The choice of colours, the furniture, simple but with a mix between commercial furniture and more personal elements such as the table in the living room, or the vintage armchair that we imagine passing from generation to generation, this is what makes an interior interesting for me. Don’t copy what’s at the neighbour’s (even if it’s very successful), and don’t hesitate to use some unexpected items in a space. And make it your home, really. And if you can’t manage to have a home as perfect as the one in the magazines, it doesn’t matter, as long as you feel at home and protected.And I promise, I won’t bother you any more with my sticker philosophy for my next publications.
