Je vous ai parlé des nouveautés de la marque norvégienne Slettvoll, et vous ai présenté dans cet article une magnifique maison en bois sur la mer entièrement aménagée dans un style design par leurs professionnels. C’est un appartement en couleurs sourdes situé dans un ancien bâtiment industriel sur un canal à Ålesund en Norvège que nous découvrons aujourd’hui. Les poutres et les murs enduits donnent une grande personnalité à ce lieu singulier.

L’atmosphère y est atypique, à la fois contemporaine et rustique, et ceux qui aiment les lieux où l’ambiance est intime seront séduits, les autres moins sans aucun doute. En tout cas, cet appartement en couleurs sourdes en Norvège ne laissera personne  indifférent, on va l’aimer ou le détester au premier regard. Le mobilier design en lui-même apporte une certaine légèreté à l’endroit avec ses lignes sobres. Un appartement familial sous les toits de Göteborg à la décoration sereine

Cet appartement familial, est situé sous les toits à Göteborg, dans un bâtiment construit au 19è siècle, et qui a conservé ses belles poutres ainsi que ses poêles scandinaves typiques en faïence. Sa décoration douce fait de ce lieu un lieu serein, à la fois raffiné et facile à vivre pour une famille avec ses larges espaces et sa cuisine ouverte. D’amusants recoins sont présents, comme cet espace accessible depuis une échelle où on imagine s’isoler pour lire ou méditer. Il n’y manque rien, même pas un petit balcon ensoleillé donnant sur les belles façades colorées classiques dans les villes suédoises. On y accède tout d’abord en passant sur une charmante cour pavée, et puis en montant un escalier au bois patiné, et le charme est présent à chaque instant pendant cette visite.

Its soft decoration makes it a serene place, both refined and easy to live in for a family with its large spaces and open kitchen. There are amusing nooks and crannies, such as a space accessible from a ladder, where you can imagine isolating yourself to read or meditate. There is nothing missing, not even a small sunny balcony overlooking the beautiful coloured facades classic in Swedish cities. You get there first by passing through a charming cobbled courtyard, and then up a staircase with patinated wood, and the charm is present at every moment during this visit.

Un petit appartement en duplex à Paris avec des poutres anciennes

Situé dans le quartier typique et vivant de la République à Paris, ce petit appartement en duplex  de 49m² avec 4 mètres de hauteur sous plafond présenté par Espaces Atypiques, a conservé les poutres anciennes datant du 18e siècle qui lui confèrent un charme certain. En haut, la mezzanine accueille le coin chambre avec son dressing, et l’ensemble de l’appartement bénéficie d’une belle luminosité et du calme de sa position sur cour.

La rénovation d’un appartement aux poutres anciennes en Allemagne

Cosima, et son mari Mel ont rénové une ancienne gare en Allemagne, et ont découvert pendant les travaux les magnifiques poutres anciennes qui donnent tout son cachet à leur espace de vie, et qui sépare le salon du coin bureau. Leur mode de vie est basé sur le recyclage et le minimalisme. La rénovation d’un appartement avec poutres à Paris

C’est dans un vieil immeuble parisien que Hemea, une entreprise spécialisée en travaux, de la conception à la parfaite réalisation grâce à une équipe complète d’architectes et de professionnels du bâtiment, a réalisé la rénovation de cet appartement, un joli trois-pièces familial où la présence des poutres était assez imposante. Elles ont été peintes en blanc afin de le rendre beaucoup plus lumineux, une qualité très recherchée en ville. La décoration contemporaine n’a pas oublié la couleur avec la présence d’un bleu paon que l’on retrouve comme un fil conducteur dans toutes les pièces.

It is in an old Parisian building that Hemea, a company specialising in works, from conception to perfect realisation thanks to a complete team of architects and building professionals, carried out the renovation of this flat, a pretty family two-bedroom flat where the presence of the beams was quite imposing. They were painted white to make it much brighter, a quality much sought-after in the city. The contemporary decoration has not forgotten the colour with the presence of a peacock blue that can be found as a thread in all the rooms.
